sitting here thinking about no thing
with too much ifs ends and buts

some may call it daydreaming
others refer to it as worrying

Norg! do you remember when 
we tried to speak in Chinglish

and said rove in place of love
and rip instead of lip? LACISTS!

also i lied to you about writing 
i haven't touched a keyboard

for well over three years why?
been busy rescuing his body for me 

piles of countless snippets 
scribbled in the dark on post-its

and my trunk is full of them
religiously i hoard them for what?

why would i do this saving them things?
not having laughed aloud since rove

it's for the sake of monumental writing
and also for laughing again and him
